Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Order.
We must receive payment of the price of the products, and the delivery costs before we can accept your order, you will have provided us with your email address and a contact number, so you will receive an email or call from us confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. No charge is made to a customer placing orders with a credit card.
Pricing.
Our prices are set out on the website in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to adjust our prices in accordance to fluctuations in the market. While Crystal Cradles takes the utmost care to keep our prices on the website accurate, we also reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes. If we find an error before we process your order, we will contact you immediately, and offer you the option to proceed with your order at the corrected price. If you do not wish to proceed, you will be able to cancel your order.
Availability.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product you order is not available, we will contact you immediately and offer you an alternative from our extensive range of stock. If there is nothing available, and you have paid for products ordered, we will refund your order and delivery charges within 30 days.
Products.
Please note that the only guarantee we give of our crystals, is that the crystal that you see on the website is the crystal that you will receive, and that the crystals will be packaged as safely as possible. We guarantee that our photographs have not been enhanced in any way.
Delivery.
We will aim to deliver your order by Royal Mail or Parcel Post within 3 working days to addresses in the UK, 4-6 working days to Ireland and Europe, and 10-15 working days to the rest of the world.
Your Right to Cancel.
Within U.K. law, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days after the day your goods were received. If you decide to cancel your order you should notify us of your intention by Email. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will make a refund to you within 30 days of the receiept of the returned goods.
Returns and Refunds.
In addition to your statutory rights within the U.K, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you may return it to us within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Provided the goods are returned in the original packaging and are unused and re-saleable, a full refund less our original delivery charges will be made within seven working days of receipt of the returned goods. In the interest of hygiene we cannot issue refunds on return of earrings.
